二、安全注意事项/Safety precautions

为避免造成人身伤害以及不必要的损失，在安装操作维护设备之前，请仔细阅读说明书。

1、安全操作规则/Safe operation rules

1）、操作人员应穿适当的工作服，禁止穿宽大或没有钮扣的衣服。/The operator should wear the appropriate clothing,prohibit wearing baggy clothes or the clothes has no buttons.

2）、操作人员应束紧发簪，并戴适当的帽子，穿防滑鞋。/The operator should tighten Fazan, and wear appropriate hat, wear non slip shoes.

3）、使用人员应戴橡胶手套，脚下垫绝缘鞋垫，以防触电。/The used personnel should wear rubber gloves, foot pad insulation pads,To prevent electric shock.

4）、请留意“急停”按钮的位置，以备有紧急情况时能立即按下急停开关，以保安全。/Please pay attention to the "emergency stop" button position, in case of emergency can immediately press the emergency stop switch, to ensure safety.

5）、不要随意改造安全结构和电气线路。/Do not arbitrarily transform the safety structure and electrical wiring.

6）、设备可靠接地。/Equipment must be reliably grounded.

7）、运行中不要清洁设备，不要调整设备。/Do not run in cleaning equipment, do not adjust the equipment.

8）、不要在阳光直射的情况下操作设备，以免看不清屏上的按钮进行错误操作。/Do not operate the equipment in the case of direct sunlight, so as can’t to see the screen button wrong operation.

9）、停止工作时切记关闭电源。/Turn off the power when you stop working.

10）、设备使用区域内就设有高压警示标志，禁止接近，以免发生意外情况。/Equipment use within the region with a high pressure warning signs, prohibit approaching, so as to avoid accidents.

2、安全维护规则/Safety maintenance rules

1）、设备高压由专业电工掌管，在维修时应关闭电源，并在电源开关处标记“维修中”。/Equipment high voltage by professional electrician in charge, should be confirmed turn off power supply in the maintenance, and in the power switch mark "maintenance"。

2）、维修设备应仔细学习安全说明。/Maintenance equipment should carefully study the safety instructions.

3）使用人员完全了解高压的每一个连接点。/The use of personnel must fully understand the each connection point of high pressure .

3、安全安装规则/Safety installation rules

1）、设备的重量在叉车承重范围内，根据说明书移动设备。/Confirm the weight of the equipment in the forklift bearing range, according to the specification move equipment.

2）、正确连接电源、气源。/Properly connected to power source、air source.

三、安装注意事项/Installation notes

1、设备移动/device move

1）、设备的移动使用叉车（承重2t以上）移动，设备移动时，使用叉车从设备正面叉起（注意设备重心）。/Equipment moving with the use of forklift trucks (bearing more than 2t), when the device moves, Use fork lift truck from the front fork(attention to the center of gravity).

2、设备安装/equipment installation

1）、设备安装在适当的场所，设备安全及操作维护。/Ensure equipment is installed in the most appropriate place to ensure equipment safety and operation and maintenance.

2）、保持设备的安装环境清洁，不要将设备安装在电源不稳定的地方，否则容易引起设备的损坏。/Maintain equipment installation environment clean,Do not install equipment in the place where power is unstable, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the equipment.

3）、设备安装前应地基坚实平整，设备摆放到位后，调整地脚螺栓，工作台面水平必要时用仪器校准。/Before the installation, should guarantee the smooth solid foundation, equipment put in place, adjust the bolt, ensure the work table level when necessary with instrument calibration.

4）、设备安装好后，清洁油污和灰尘。/After the equipment is installed, clean oil and dust.

5）、设备即可单独使用也可是与连续生产线配套使用。/Equipment can be used alone but also with the continuous production line supporting the use of.

6)、设备安装完毕，检查所有附件将其收好。/After the equipment is installed, Check all attachments to collect them.

3、气源连接/Air connection

1）、设备气源处理件入口处接上压缩空气送气管将接口拧紧，密封。/Equipment air handling parts at the entrance to the compressed air supply air pipe will be tightened to ensure that the seal.

2）、将气源处理件中的油标拧下，加入标号为***-VG级32-润滑油，注意油面不得超过高油位，当油面临近低油位时要及时补油。/Unscrew the oil mark in the gas treatment section,Add the label is ***-VG级32- lubricating oil,Pay attention to the oil surface shall not exceed the maximum oil level line,When the oil level is close to the minimum level must replenish oil.

3）、在通气之前，将最上面的锁紧旋钮向上拔起，打开气管进气阀门，开始通气，再顺时针方向旋转调压旋钮直至压力表上读数到达0.4-0.5MPa,再将锁紧旋钮按下锁住。/Before aerate,Pull up the top locking knob,Open the weasand air inlet valve,start aeration,Turn the pressure regulating knob clockwise until the reading on the pressure gauge reaches 0.4-0.5MPa,then press the lock knob again.

4）、根据需要可对滴油量进行调节，在通气时用手旋转油雾器上的调油螺杆，并观察油量，一般以上、下主气缸完成两个上下循环滴油，一滴为宜。/Oil drop amount can be adjusted as needed,rotating the oil regulating screw of the oil mist sprayer by hand,And observe the amount of oil,Generally, the upper and lower main cylinder to complete the two upper and lower circulation the oil drop a drop.

5）、放完污水后，调节各个节流阀，使气缸运动速度正常。/After discharge of sewage,Regulating each throttle valve,Make the cylinder motion speed normal.

4、电气连接/Electrical connection

1）AC380V电压波动不超过±10%。/AC380V voltage fluctuation is not more than ±10%.

2）、导线正截面积不低于4.0mm2,相线与空开下方三根红线对正。/The cross-sectional area of conductor not less than 4.0mm2,phase line and the three red line below the miniature circuit breaker relatively.

3）、设备要按照***接地。/The equipment shall be grounded according to the national standard.

4）打开总电源，并开启前面板的钥匙开关，电源指示灯亮，进入触摸屏操作画面，将设备调至手动状态，再依次操作屏上的手动开关，检查各个气缸动作，无误后方可进行自动状态的试运行，如有意外，立即切断电源，检查气路和线路至正常为宜。/Turn on the main power source,and open the key switch on front panel,Confirm the power indicator light,Get into Touch screen operation screen,adjust the equipment as manual state.next operate manual switch on the screen successively,Check the action of each cylinder,testing run the automatically state after ensure correct,In case of accident, immediately cut off the power supply,Check gas path and line to normal.
